Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to optional walk supplies that may be purchased from Gardenglowradian. Group walks listed on the site remain free community gatherings and are not part of this policy.

Eligibility

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Items showing wear, writing in notebooks, or damage from misuse are not eligible.

Process

Email us with your order reference and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address in San Diego, California. Please pack items securely to prevent damage in transit.

Refunds

Approved returns receive a refund to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Shipping costs paid by the customer on initial delivery are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If an item arrived defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional product charge when the claim is confirmed.

Non-Returnable

Custom-printed or personalized map inserts, if offered in the future, cannot be returned unless defective.
